Onze Bigband is opgericht in 2004 en komt voort uit de Euregio Kapelle die al sinds 1984 bestond. De naam Euregio Bigband zegt het al: de band bestaat uit Duitse
en Nederlandse muzikanten uit het Euregio grensgebied.
